The Queen’s Gauntlet is staying correct? So, does that mean the achievements are as well? Or no? They are in a separate category in the Living World section. I just don’t understand and would like clarification please!

The Crown Pavilion, the zone that houses the gauntlet, is closing on September 3rd. The gauntlet will no longer be accessible at this time. At a later date, the zone will open again, possibly with more bosses, and the current achievements will once again be completable.
The gauntlet has its own category because it wasn’t made to be completed by everyone. They didn’t want people to feel they had to do the gauntlet to complete the Jubilee’s meta achievement.
The Gauntlet is not staying. It’ll be removed on September 3rd. The Crown Pavillion interior is also being removed, though the giant eagle building itself will remain in DR permanently (you just won’t be able to get into it).
It will be coming back again at some point (probably going to be an annual event in August). Whether or not the original achievements will be doable then or they’ll have a new set of bosses isn’t entirely clear, though I’d wager it’d be the second option because having it come back with the exact same bosses would be awfully disappointing for everyone who’s already done them. Or maybe they’ll have both the old set and a new set.
