I sat at the monastery in Queensdale for an hour or so. They all showed up eventually.
It just RNG :/ sadly. They should of just had specific spawning spots.
Honestly, I find this more worthy of complaint than the gauntlet. RNG achievements are not as cool. It’s the same reason I’ll never do the precursor roulette.
At least for that people can say to me “Well, you suck, get better, and you can do it”. For this, it’s just simply a matter of luck and a time sink.
Though thankfully they might have forsaw something like this and allowed you to do dailies to get the meta.

when you are near a champ that you dont need, guest to 2 other servers first, so you load straight in the same map to see if they did spawn there.

I have done 2 tower rotations for 4 hours now. Unless the sequence involves the shield champ 10x in a row. This is one terrible sequence then. To be clear I have killed every champ spawn in the 2 tower spawns in Queensdale not missing a champ. It’s RNG.
This is the experience I had. The same champion can spawn time after time. If it is a rotation, it is one that bugs out.

That’s weird, I always observed it as being a rotation. I got stuck with the lightning blade champion, so I waited by one of the towers in Queensdale, and it switched through different champions until she came up (farmed champs in between).
As far as that whirling blade champion goes… I had the opposite problem you describe. Almost every balloon tower I went to was “fight the champion of the whirling blade”. Got so sick of fighting her… her attacks make no sense anyways, just spinning in circles all over the place. I guess I’m being more critical since I got so annoyed at her, but dang.
Just stay at one tower.
It is always the order of: escort guest, pirate attack, champ.
In every cycle there is a different champ. So just stay at one until you got the missing ones.
