I’ve done a ton of escort quest to complet the champion of (whatever) series of arch, but I still need to do the last one, the Champion of the Counsil, where i need to Escort some Lion’s Arch representant to the baloon tower.

BUT

I had done it tousands of times in every corner that I can remember, and can find ANY from the all the escorted NPC’s that give me points to count on the arch, and once the Crown Pavilion ha closed and I can’t represent the Lion’s Arch mambers and kill some tons of mobs inside there, I’m a little disapointed.

Have someone know how to conclude this archieve, before i had gone forever?

As far as I remember there are no escort quests for the Council. You have to do it in the Pavilion.

You can still get in to the Pavilion, but you have to complete Scarlet’s Playhouse first.
