Yeah, that happened to me before. It was a glitch that they were supposed to have fixed, where Subject 7 and his clones don’t properly despawn after a failed attempt, causing them to linger on for the next round.

Results in, pretty much, a guaranteed wasted ticket. Fortunately it’s rare and tickets are aplenty.

I was fortunate to have a quick (but painful) death.

Ouch!

I thought it was bad when I got Deadeye and the Pirates at the same time. It’s a shame the enemies don’t fight each other, might actually give you a chance when that happens.

Tbh this is nothing, I had the pyro the dude that drops a fire circle that instant gibs if you try to cross and Lidria in the same round. It didn’t last long.

Give those that only want the achievements and the pet an option for Easymode(unlimited time, liadri 50% less dmg, 50% less hp)

I disagree. I’m only doing it for the pet and although I haven’t beaten Liadri yet (best I’ve gotten is taking off about 10% of her health in Phase 2) I’m actually glad I tried and that it was this hard because I think it’s made me a better player.

Ever since I decided to use the keypad with my right hand for my skills I’ve been meaning to get into the habit of also using the arrow keys with my thumb to move, but never actually did. Now thanks to the Gauntlet I’ve not only started doing it automatically but gotten really good at it and it’s made all the other fights much easier because (unlike when I was running around with the mouse, or taking my hand off the mouse to use WASD) I can actually attack, kite and control the camera all at the same time.

It also means the mini is going to be one of the ones I really appreciate and enjoy having. It might just be me but I find I always enjoy them more when I actually had to work at getting them. At the other extreme I completely forgot that the Bazaar mini pack even existed, even though I’ve got them and at the time was talking about how cool the pirate quaggan is. I think the fact that it took 2 seconds and a bit of money to get them is a big factor in that.

As for the achievement if it was easy to get it wouldn’t be an achievement.

Once vs. Deadeye Duncan, he did not spawn. His mines were there, but no Duncan, so I could only wait for the 3 minute drop.

And once where the challenger before me, hit the 3 minutes and the cage opened under him. Thing is….. I was sent in before the bottom of the cage closed again, so I immediately dropped to my death.
Bit unfair….

The best part is that they will heal her!

I had that first bug too. I forgot who I was meant to be fighting but the person before me lost, I went in about 1 second before their boss despawned and when they disappeared mine went too and I was left alone in an empty cage. The really annoying part is I waited 2 minutes (I asked the people queuing behind me and they wanted to see what would happen too) and nothing happened. I was hoping I’d win by default but I didn’t, and I didn’t get kicked out either. In the end I had to waypoint out.

I think there is still a bug with thieves guild and subject 7, when one of the guild thieves uses scorpion wire he yanks one of the oozes outside the dome (it sits on the walkway, friendly, and never goes away). If I were home I could show kitten of more then a few oozes chilling with the people waiting in q. I’ve also had someone else join my Liadri attempt, which spawned…another Liadri. was interesting to say the least…

1 up urs: I beat Dead Eye 5gambit earlier, and instead of warping me back outside dome, I was still inside, I did receive the 6 bags on the right HUD, but lo and behold a rift orb spawns on my face, o_O on my face as I pan the camera in horror to see a Vision of Mortality coming at me with Liadri waving her dead hands at me.

ps: still had 5 gambits on me.
