Will there be a way to obtain the mini concealing dark boss? It is impossible for me to kill the girl to obtain it normally, I tried many ways, each time something new screws it up.
1. shadows walking though the light wells 2. death for no reason 3. pulled, bombed and bombed (aoe/clone) 4. shadow spawns on top of me resulting in death 5. sometimes it just doesn’t take me into the arena at all as if telling me “your going to fail anyway”

So after 40+ attempts with 0% progress, I giving up on trying to obtain this mini, and I hope there will be an alternative way to do so.

No. That’s kinda the point, it’s exclusive to beating pretty much the only remotely difficult encounter in the game.

No. Only the best players who beat Liadri should be allowed to have the mini. Tis a sign of his/her achievement.

It’s a pretty ugly mini anyway. Just a generic female human who occasionally shrouds. You’re not missing out on much.

Remotely difficult? More like nearly impossible for my case… I dont know how..but I been immobilized during the fight…despite none of the attacks the enemy does causes that

I gave up on it penguin… Its not going to make any difference if I do 100 more times or not, the result will be the same.

There’s nothing constructive to be said about this topic. Go beat the boss, or don’t get the mini. That’s it.

I don’t know what personal traits you’re using, but if you keep trying, and respec your clothes, you might still get Piper yet!

As for the Legendary house and car, you should try to buy and sell on the market.

Now that I think about it, it’s weird how real life can reflect the current meta of GW2…

Look on the bright side Rimu, if you keep failing horribly this entire month and can’t beat her you can always train for a year and kick the kitten out of her next time!!

Let me get this straight: It’s not your fault, it’s your ability’s fault… ? It’s not that you’re not good enough, you’re just not good enough…? What…? How…? What the hell does that even mean?

If you’re not good enough get better. You don’t deserve a prize just for trying and failing.

You obviously didn’t do a search of this forum before posted. There are several threads where people are giving out LOADS of information. There’s even a thread called like Liadri club or something like that where people are posting THEIR BUILDS and skills and techniques they used!

Why should you get something that others had to work hard to get in the game? The fight isn’t impossible…it really isn’t. People of all classes have been able to beat her. You have to learn, and adapt. Not every build will be useful against her, so you have to change what you do. IF you go in there doing the same thing with the same build 40 times, you will fail. Dulfy’s site has a GREAT write up on the patterns for the one shot AoE’s. This forum has lot sof advice on how to deal with the weakness, etc.

So stop asking for stuff you’d want, but you can’t do the achievement. I’d LOVE to have the radiant helm, but I accept that it’ll require 9,000 achievement points and I wouldn’t ask for an alternative, probably EASIER way to get it. I’d love all the exotic mini’s, but I don’t wanna spend the gems or hundreds of gold, or have to the time to farm all of it, but I wouldn’t ask for an alternative way to get them. (Plus, why would it make sense to get the Liadri mini by doing something totally unrelated to her? )

There’s plenty of advice. Learn, adapt. It took me ~30 tries, and I tried 2 different builds which didn’t help. I got advice, swapped to a build and it made it REALLY easy (and I’m a squishy mesmer!)
