Not sure if I just never noticed this before, or if this is recent, but I noticed that Queen Jennah was barefoot in the last instance (with Rox and Braham fighting Aetherblades). Did she forget her shoes somewhere? Or maybe she’s a robot in disguise, and the robot forgot to detail in the shoes!

She’s never worn shoes. She simply doesn’t like them.

That and they don’t want her escaping the castle.

Yeah never seen her wear shoes, she’s kinda country like that…

As Queen, I figured being barefoot kept her in touch with common ground for her people, reminded her to be humble, e.g. kept her “grounded” and “down to earth”. <straightface>

Or maybe she’s just part Sylvari and gets strength from the earth, yanno, getting back to her roots.

Or the Ministry resents her so much they have her on a strict budget, hence using abbreviated sheets for a dress.

Maybe Logan figured taking her shoes would keep her palace-bound and “safe”.

Or Anise has height issues and Jennah is humoring her.

Jennah just has the most terrible case of sweaty foot odor. She can’t wear shoes for too long or it becomes unbearable. She walks bare foot to spare the people around her.

She accidentally sold her shoes to a merchant. She could buy new ones, but she has a ticket open with support to have them returned.

If you look close, you’ll notice she actually has Hobbit feet.

Mod felt like they just had to infract my original post. This was a real opinion of what might be private lore Anet is keeping hidden for themselves.

My point was that there may be secret lore. That anet wants to keep hidden. So players can create conspiracy theories based on the secret lore.

This was not off topic or meant as a distraction. It’s a credible theory based on fan speculation of hidden lore.

These types of theories are good for players who want to create their own lore based on unanswered questions.
