I am blind, thanks for spotting that. I completely missed the ’s. I was wondering who the heck Jubilee is hahaha.
I think you’re right about the imagery used for the pavilion/stadium, though. Its hawk looks like the kind used around Ebonhawke and is probably a diplomatic nod to them on the Queen’s part.
Also, that charr seems to be Rox (and in the full image you can also see Braham by her side), so i think she represents the F&F arc more than the charr as a race. Would have been fun to see some more depth in the human and charr treaty though.

Y, I’d like to see a story arc btw that focuses on the treaty with a united assault to an unknown, possibly flame legion terriotry – Drascir, to reclaim it for the humans.
This would bring so many possibilities, like a rebirth of Ascalon, separatists/renegades, the tombs of Drascir (with a portal to the mists), and so on.
Would make sense for both sides, because it is near to the Flame Legion territory, they could launch further assaults against the common enemy, while forging a long-lasting alliance.
Fear The Crazy [Huns]
ok i actually like the sound of that op and if it goes the way grandel says its something i could get into with several ls stories going in that direction in the next 6 to 12 months. maybe with us doing more intel on the molten alliance to start. a camp destruction of their where we interupt future plans of theres
Flame Legion doesn’t actually hold significant territory. They’re effectively pockets of guerrillas throughout the other legions’ territories – their capital is the oft-farmed Citadel of Flame.
in the pic (and the larger one on the release page now) you can see that they are in a gladiatorial arena so im not sure about your original theory but who knows, with anet it could be anything
Even better OP, a treaty Ceremony between the char and humans interrupted by the White Mantle.
