Queen's Jubilee achievements
You need to get 16 achieves done with a combination of Queen’s Jubilee achieves and Queen’s Jubilee dailys.
You’re at 15 right now, so one Queen’s Jubilee-specific daily should complete the meta for you and get you your mini.
If I recall correctly, there are 13 achievements, so you will need to do 3 Daily categories, over the course of 3 days, that is marked with the Living Story icon. E.g., take a trip from a balloon tower to Divinity’s Reach. It should be easy enough to spot them, as well as to complete them. You don’t need to complete a whole daily if you don’t want to do that, just a specific achievement for the daily.
Today the achievement is to participate in 6 events within the Crown Pavilion.

I don’t think that 1 quick item a day for 3 days over the course of an entire month constitutes a “grind”… by any definition.

Not to mention that IMHO this particular update’s achievements have been way less grindy than others, considering that you can just ignore if you want any achievement that you might feel is grindy and still get the meta just by doing the dailies, something we couldn’t do in previous updates.

He’s saying that you could in theory ignore all of the Queen’s Jubilee achievements, run 16 Jubilee dailys, and still get the achieve. Which you could, assuming the Queen’s Jubilee dailys continue for a month and don’t get replaced by another type of event-based daily when the next update goes live in another week and a half, anyway.
