Is the Royal Terrace in Divinity’s Reach a permanent addition to the game?
I’ll be able to buy royal passes after Queen’s Jubilee? Do they stack ?

Why waste money on services that should be free?

Because its nice to have. I bought gems in advance like I do every update just incase there’s something shiny I fancy. This time there wasn’t so I figured I’d have a pass instead. It’s amazingly useful apart from the fact you only get ONE, as a girl with 14 level 80s and counting – having to go to a bank, to put it in, to take it out, to go into, to visit a bank… Well it kinda defeats the point.

Needed to be account wide!

My first thought was though, it’s like having a GUILD HALL! One click and I’m straight into all the amenities I could ever need (minus class retraits, but you can always waypoint for free to Ministers) it was such a breath of fresh air not waypointing to Rata Sum all the time.

In conclusion, it’s great, I will probably buy more if it continues past the jubilee. I just wish it was an account wide pass, rather than account bound.

They are free.
You simply need to move a bit if you don’t pay for the convenience of having them close together.

Here’s what Divinity’s Reach needs for free.
*WvW portal should port to home city an LA.
*WvW vendors
*Free warp to home city from anywhere.
*Asura Gate access to all cities (very cheap travel cost if need be, 50% off)

^ The other capital cities don’t have access to the Mists in the same way as LA is, therefore it wouldn’t make much sense to give them all portals to the Mists (and then again, why even use portals when you can simply press B and teleport from anywhere?)

Doesn’t the pass only last for 2 weeks anyway? Similar to the Banker Golem? I see no point in buying an access item that is on a self-destruct clock after I use it the first time.

I think it should be account bound as well

Would like to know this as well. I got (2) 2-week passes as drops, so I used one of them and love it.
