While I don’t think this update is perfect, I would like to thank ArenaNet for finally making an update without any kind of RNG boxes. We have a full new weapon set introduced in this update, with absolutely no need to buy anything on the Gem Store to get the skin, no need to gamble, and with very very little RNG to acquire them in game.

ArenaNet is likely losing a lot of money by not making more skins available only through some kind of RNG box system, as the ones seen on previous update. While I don’t really enjoy the look of the Sovereign weapons, the fact we don’t have to use real money to gamble for them is great.

I agree. I love the masks and I loved the armors just added. And all just buyable. This is great! I have a ton of friends running around with them and I`ll buy one or two once I finished moving. Two thumbs up for letting people have what they want. I like!

Eh, the Champion weapons are very much RNG. And after having killed approx 50 champions, I haven’t had a single one drop yet, of course.

You can just buy em off the TP if you wanted. But what the thread is about is more in like in RNG + RNG + RNG.

Use this as an example…imagine if the champ loot bags were a random drop and not 100%…

Yes, this is good at least. I just hope they don’t compare mask sales to previous RNG boxes, because the masks are fugly.

The Champion weapons are not LS content, but permanent. People have been asking for these for ages as added incentive for boss fights. They are just additions to already limited Boss drops such as Final Rest. And they`ll be in the AH for unlucky loosers like me. They are quite ok.
