Sorrow’s Furnace Commander

Gift, Capacitor, Shard, Ectoplasm would be the correct recipe (or glob if just the infusion)

They were used to forge the Globs and Shards of Mists Essence, but they’ve been replaced by Crystalline Dust.
Yeah, I wrote that down wrong. The Offering is used in crafting recipes (like the tokens before), not in the Mystic Forge. That was my bad, I apologize. I modified my post above.
Thanks Martin.
For those who still can’t find it.
1. Go to Dungeon Merchant at Lion’s Arch.
2. Talk to then and just buy Offerings of Ascalonian (200 tears) which will be placed in your character bags, which you then will be able to access it from your crafting station.

It’s bad. To me it’s just strange why the Piles of Crystalline Dust shortage is solved by allowing us to salvage Ecto Glob to Pile of Crystalline Dust.
Now the problem comes again for many as Fractal Relic is replaced with Piles of Crystalline Dust. IMO, its a way how developers slow us down in our progression. I don’t ever sell any of my T-6 mat. No matter what. I keep it for own consumption, even Omnomberry or Lemongrass (obscene price now). I craft all the expensive consumable foods myself with 100% gathered mats. Even I have extra, I will just keep it or give some to friends, its free anyway. Just time spent to harvest it.
Just don’t let us use tons of crystalline dust to do an upgrade.
They should have just changed it to a philosopher’s stone. That way it be almost equally as trivial. I don’t really get why they saw the need to add an extra cost for infusing rings.
Positive and negative.
Thanks for wallet!
(for the umpteen and counting currencies).
+1 Thank you ANet.
Some people on the internets will never be happy, the rest of us appreciate such a good system.
