I don’t know if this in intended or a bug but I figured I’d post it here and get peoples opinions.

When the floor drops out the mesh panels swing down but the metal frame stays intact. You can in fact balance on those beams until the floor reattaches and then continue your fight for as long as necessary to complete it. I saw a guardian do it today… took him 9 minutes but he finally killed subject 7…

lol the fun part is he was skilled enough not to fall, but not enough to kill subject 7 in 2 minutes?

it’s a rare bug, i’ve tried this numerous times when i was starting out in the gauntlet. even if by some miracle you do stay in when the floor gives away, the npc should completely vanish if you don’t do it in time.

i’ve also witnessed two players go in the gauntlet. when the person dies inside and the next person is up and he/she suddenly enters quickly leaving both sometimes inside or what happens is that the dead player gets out but the person next up has nothing to fight at all. he/she has had to log out and log back in to fix it because clicking on the waypoint to get you out wont work (it’s congested) by what they’ve told me.

i’ve also seen unintentional bosses staying in the arena when the player that went up failed. this usually happens with subject 7, i’ve had my share of fighting subject 7 with liadri and other bosses. it’s quite funny to watch and participate in though the player goes down extremely quick.
