Watchwork Sprockets best use?
Sell your sprockets. If you intend to get some of the new items/skins, save up for them. I’ve also seen some people trade them in for profession gear, but it’s up to you.
I was wondering if the profession gear was worth it to trade in for.
30 silver for every gear and you will most likely get rare item for 15s. It is definitely not worth.
Even a lot of the skins can be found cheaper. I forget the name of the Sylvari exotic shield. But I had the skin drop off of the Jungle Wurm a couple of weeks back, right now it costs about 80s on the tp. The same skin from the Sylvari merchant costs 10g.
Edit: Personally, since I like crafting, I’m thinking of just getting as many of the rune/sigil recipes I can, but I doubt there is any profit there.

HA! Thanks for that, I didn’t realize (heck, since I’ve never looked at the cultural weapon vendors, this was the first time I was seeing most of those skins). Well then I may have found a small use for my 1mil karma.
I’m holding on to them to see if the next installment of the event may have a better use for them. But right now they are a very common drop, especially if you are spending any time in the Pavilion/Gauntlet so if you do want anything out of them might be better to sell now if you fear the price is going to continue to go down.
As far as anything from the vendors, I can’t say any of it is worth it unless you want to collect the recipes but even then I don’t think the return is there with the superior recipes gold cost (Personally I bought like two). I haven’t seen any luck with the profession boxes, and the tier 3 racial skins are cheaper to buy with karma imo. Sovereign skins obviously being only available there though.
I’m saving mine up to buy all the Recipes. Only 850 or so left to go…
