What will happen to tokens in my bank?
If they did become bugged (it’d be the world’s most easily predictable bug) they would just patch it so you can get them later. I doubt it will be an issue, more than likely either they will be transferred to the wallet automatically, or as soon as you move them to a character’s inventory they will appear in the wallet instead.
It’s been confirmed that the stuff in your bank will automatically be deposited in the wallet upon log in. In addition each character will need to be logged in to after the update to add their funds to the account wallet.
This includes gold, karma, laurels (which are account wide already), dungeon tokens, and badges of honor.
The only reason you have to log in on each character is because the data for them isn’t updated untill you log in I’d imagine. Considering logging into any character is tied to your bank, that isn’t going to be a problem.
Each token will be turned into a random legendary.
…No seriously, I understand people want clarity, but this seems like a really trivial thing to ask. I do expect them to make sure any tokens we have in the bank don’t implode when the wallet goes live yes.

And yes, is confirmed in release page that karma also will be acc bound.
