What’s the most efficient way to finish this achievement? Should I just stay on one balloon and wait for champions to come up?

people generally camp the balloons in Queensdale, since the balloons are close together and it’s a starter zone. just ask on map chat which champs are queued and you can get to the one you want. the balloon events rotate quite quickly there due to the crowds so you should be done in no time.

Also, a good way is to just try to get your 30 balloons first. If you are planning to do that via wping to different maps, just make sure to take a pause when the emmissary event is going on, after it finishes and the gate opens, the champ event starts 5 minutes later. Since you only need like 5, you can just try to get the 30 balloon and if you bump into a champ event or emissary event that has already started, just camp it out for a bit. I ran into like 4 without trying :S
