Guild Wars 2

Everyone got booted and now we wasted hours of doing the event. I understand you have free trial players that could not play past 10pst but to kick all the players and have us get nothing in return is not fair. We fought for hours, for nothing.

Can you please give a reply and maybe something in return for our trouble, thank you.

Overflows are still doing the event!

I’m in the same boat. Pretty sure the overflow server I was on crashed and dumped all of us. We were at the VERY end of the event, too. I immediately reloaded the game (after staring, slack-jawed), and it was dead. I could see its corpse at the bottom. I joined some friends in a different overflow, but theirs was at the BEGINNING! I wasn’t going to spend another 3 hours!

So I missed out. No loot. I played it, from beginning to 10 min before the end and got booted from the server before I could get the reward.

If you want to start it over from the beginning… It’s past midnight, and I meant to go to bed at 10. I already stayed up super late just to crash at the end of the event.

My client crashed at 1AM EST during event.

Yep, client crash at PRECISELY 12pm CST.

I was excited to have a second chance at this event, as I’d been robbed of the reward in the event earlier in the day because I got stuck in the geometry thanks to the buggy zone design; one step away from finishing the event that time.

You should see the rage in the /map chat. This is a huge public relations debacle.

Yep we just got a new build message and that was that.

Once we get back in, WHAMMO, new build. kitten that’s lame.

Got kicked twice out of overflow maps during event. Nearly two hours and then… game goes down for new build! >.< Darn

Got kicked out twice myself too. Once during the final event everyone DCed and the 2nd time I went to another overflow server they did a new built available thingy. And nothing to show for.

Frustrated.

thank you for giving me a final reason to quit. i’ve spent hours trying to finish the chain, despite the game randomly crashing.

my friends who are on free trial decided they don’t like GW2 after all.

work on your design flaws.
