Why do Anet constantly close threads that are only hour or two old with “thanks for your feedback” but never respond to them themselves and address issues raised in this threads and answer the questions?

I post a thread asking what the point of the new PVE Lost Shores map is, seems strange as has no reason for people to play there…maybe I’m missing something really important…people responded, useful responses however thread was shutdown in 2 hours with NO Customer Service feedback or answers to questions.

Why?

the goal is to move anything they deem as “bad press” off the first page as quickly as possible, where very few people will bother looking.

this leaves the first page looking like everything is fine and dandy.

it is all about first impressions for new forum users.

I would assume it is because there is one giant thread named ‘Event Feedback’ already and it is likely easier to simply close new threads before they get along enough to require them to be merged into the big thread.

Is the new content the same as the event?
