Has anyone found anything of worth from these? They appear to be a 100% rip off except for the pets which are only worth it to those collectors. It appears Anet went lazy and greedy this time around and there are only four weapons. Has anyone see anything beyond these four weapons. Axe, Sword, Shield, Focus.

I dont get it – the Halloween skins were really rare and everyone was complaining about it. Now that they aren’t ppl start to complain again and the event did not even start by now ….

I’m not sure what you mean by “they aren’t” the weapons are not rare or the chests? In relativity to the price they were before 125 Gems compared to 250 Gems a piece is a huge difference. Plus the weapons are rare but the mini pets are rarer. At the current rate at which they are selling the weapons, they have all been discovered. Not only that but it’s like what a 1000%+ decrease on types of weapons in the box.

Meaning they are ripping people off because everyone is going to assume that the chest contain the same or equivalent to the previous event. There’s literally nothing of worth in the chests. If by some chance that ANET has not release the availability of all weapons in the loot table, then they are really ripping people off.

I think a pop up needs to be included in Gem purchases saying what you could get at the very least. I feel like ANET is taking huge advantage of peoples good faith with this.

Basically you assume that the chests got nothing of worth inside because items you get are not of any significant worth to you or ppl are selling them way cheaper compared to halloween skins.

I meant skins are not rare compared to Halloween-chest skin-droprate. Maybe the new chests got double the price but the chance to get a skin is by far higher. Actually I am not sure if there is nothing of worth in the chests since Halloween skins were extrem rare and therefore worth more per single item but now skins aren’t rare and therefore worth less and double price of the chest.

Btw: its more like a 50% decrease of skins of weapons (Halloween 8; Lost Shores 4).

The skins are ugly the only thing worth it is the minis so you could sell them later but the chance is so small it’s not even worth that

You are guarenteed in a chest to get 1 skin and a two crafting mats. The most common skins are the shoulders and breathing masks, the weapons and shield less so (pictures of all of these are available on the wiki). The pets are super rare.

If you are not interested in any of these things, do not buy the chests. It is simple.
