ALOT of people are suffering from this.

Please ethier give everyone ingame a map peice via ingame mail OR just run the Phase 1 portion for another 2 days.

Alternatively, just allow people to participate in phase 2 and complete the entire quest line.

Bugs aside, having a one time only event is not a very good idea, not everyone frequents the forums to begin with and secondly, not everyone can be online at those specific times.

Everyone should be able to participate and complete events regardless of play times.

You should of learnt your lesson from Mad King event when everyone complained about not being able to complete that event series…..

Supporting option two. Extend phase one.

Unless there is a secret way of obtaining Map Peice, then there will be I assume alot of angry players come phase 2 because after a general conversation raised in map chat earlier, no one even knew or knows about phase 2 requiring a map peice to be able to complete it….and those who did are unable to complete the phase 1 part to obtain it.

So, we have watched Anet completely ignore us and look what happens? More backlash, except, the backlash from the poor handling of this event is even larger then Mad Kings event.

I think it is time to review your event teams performance Anet. KPI review time.
