Was it revealed how do we travel to this map ? Is it close to Lions Arch?

In one of the recent articles, they said you talk to an npc to get between LA and Cove. The Asura portal everyone thought would get us there, is to go to the new dungeon.
Not sure on how close it is to LA.

I am actually assuming it will be the currently inaccessible part of the map next to LA, but who knows.
