Well, after going to sleep in disgust with the event last night I wake up this morning and after logging got an update!

My hopes raised and went to Noll. Well, he is there now (last night he disappered) but do not interact with players and just remains there talking his npc dialogue over and over again.

Noll is still bugged….well, this event is keeping its mediocre record all through the weekend.

Noll still bugged after restart.

I got there just in time to see people complete the event for the 1st time after restart, and the event has not occured since and Noll only has a greet interaction.

Seeing the same thing as Wildcode (on far shiver peaks)

Update: Noll is still laying on ground after his 1st event … he has not gotten up … on Yaks Bend.

Desolation server: Noll stands around, doing nothing. Since hours.

Gunnars Hold: Noll is spralled on the floor not working.

sanctum of rall .. noll just sit there doing nothing.

Dev commented in another post to say other bugs/npcs were fixed but Noll is still bugged. They’ll be extending the Noll/Canach part of the scavenger hunt as a result (you just need to get up to the Noll part before 12 PM PST Nov 17). Unsure when Noll will be fixed though.
