In Caledon Forest there is a quaggan named Pastkeeper Saballa(makred on the map with a gold star) who has forgotten what she knows about the karka. You collect 3 items to jog her memory, and are given a scroll to pass onto Levvi in LA… But talking to Levvi with the scroll doesn’t give you any additional dialogue options.

So I was thinking: Is Pastkeeper Saballa being there a bug? Is she maybe part of the Day 2 event? Or is the scroll bugged?

It could be that you have to return with the quaggan’s magic scroll, a hylek alchemy concoction and something from the largos assassin. The latter is currently bugged, so there’s no way of finding out.

Yep there are three things to do and provide to her first Same ones mention in that whole ‘spam’ email you get over and over again in-game.

Ah, okay. I never talked to Miyani and just stumbled upon Saballa while on my way to Noll.

Ah. Well first Miyani, she’ll email you after talking. Then you’ve got the three she mentions.
Gukumatz the Hylek (Metrica Province – Just NorthWest of Michotl Grounds Waypoint)
Fhan the Largos (Kessex Hills South East Viathan Lake)
