Is there any significant reward for phase 3? I won’t be able to make it at the specified time. Is there anyways to get the reward if it isn’t just like a jug of karma and stuff.

*significant meaning its very hard to get later or one-time items

probably not. You do realize the last 2 had no rewards. Even the scavenger hunt was not very rewarding.
