First to be absolutely clear, I am not demanding anything from ANet, I am simply asking to see if the community can get an update on the quest halting bugs for this event. So far every quest line is bugged for the Lost Shores event with no way to get around them. This is a bit disheartening. Not only was the lag so great on the initial fight that most players did not receive full credit on kills, but some main NPC’s and mobs we have to fight are bugged. Fahd and Noll do nothing and Canach is considered Friendly so you cannot fight him.

I’m seeing many people from every server coming on these forums and letting ANet know about them, but none of us are being informed as to what is being done to fix it.

Can someone from ANet please let us know what’s going on with a status update?

Look it up on twitter – they are aware of it and working on a fix.

This. The official website should be updated first and foremost, especially since it is incredibly pretentious to expect people to invest in social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook that have some questionable business and privacy practices.

And what does that have to do with the thread I created? I don’t use twitter. I dont go to twitters site, and my company blocks social networking sites, so why would everyone use it over the main site for a source of information?

This is a recurring problem … we never know where to expect updates. You’d think forums would be the first place to contain any updates. I am not in the habit of checking twitter since I don’t use it.

I agree with Garenthal…..the official forums should be updated first.
