The dungeon entrance is located near the claw island portage waypoint. There is a new asura gate just to the east at the water level.
The first phase start at 20:00GMT or 22:00GMT+2 in my place. So my quesiton is … the first 2 phases will be located at Lion Arch. While the 3rd phase will be located at the new island.
