This time translates to 6am for me, which is doable although not nice and I am sure there are people with worse times. I dont understand why you have made the event the same time each day when we are an International community.
You could either stagger the even times or even have the event play twice a day, 12 hours apart, to allow for everyone to experience it at a decent time.

They stated this during the Halloween event, they determine the finale by placing it durin the peak recorded hours so the most people benefit. So, in other words, 12pm pst is statistically their highest number of people logged in on average time.

I assume the times for Friday and Saturday are the same for ease or to keep 24hrs between each event.
