Anyone else just got reset as soon as it turned 10? I’m assuming that was to boot all the free weekend people, but some of us were still in the middle of the event. Will we be compensated?

Just like all the people who were kicked out earlier, or haven’t even had the opportunity to participate, have been compensated? No.

Of course not. Why would you be compensated?

We were completing a 3rd part of Fractals and got booted before completion… but of course that doesn’t matter to anyone else but us.

Pretty lame, imo.

I was in there with you I think, and was booted at the same time. I’ve been trying all day to get into this event and was having such an awesome time! What a great bunch of people we had!

Alas, client crash.

Much as I’d like a chance to see this chest, mostly I just wanted to play the event – and I guess I got to see a fair portion of it, which is yay!

Still, really sad that my last chance also broke. Poop.

My guild mate was unable to attend the initial event, since she lives in Australia and the time was something like kitten-end of dawn.

So we were both pleased that she found an overflow where the event was going. We fought to the first wave of reinforcements, and then client crash. At exactly 10:00 p.m. PST.

Bah.

im confused.. is it over or not? because in the overflow im on it says that “the lionguard is actively working to wrest…” while the other overflows say that karka is defeated..

I was in this one as well after trying and trying. My group was very happy to finally get in and BLAM! Plug pulled. I submitted a ticket and I’ll be asking for a refund if they don’t make it right. This entire event was a huge waste of time for no payoff. I’d rather spend my refund money on the lotro expansion if they don’t make this right.
