So yeah, he’s been bugged from the beginning and the new build didn’t fix anything, pretty much. Yesterday the event wasn’t starting and today you can’t talk to him after completing the event. Great, isn’t it?
This is on Far Shiverpeaks EU server, any other servers having problems with him?
