Hello ANet,
i have been waiting all the weekend for a fix on the investigation chain quest. Since i was unable to get pass some bugged quests and now it seems that even after i was finaly able to speak to inspector Noll im redirected to inspector Levvi only to find out that…he is no longer there!!
So, my question to you is: will you give players a chance to finish this quest, or should i just trash the items and forget this quest ever existed?

Talking to Levvi is not part of the quest chain with Noll.
After geting info from Noll, go to Kessex Hills, Wizard’s Clef (south east of the map). Find Canach in a building west of the Garenhoff PoI.
After that return to Inspector Ellen Kiel in LA.
