Guild Wars 2

So I cleared the beach, ran a ways with Ellis and got distracted, then my Internet went down before I could find her again.

Was that all of Phase 2 and will I get a reward when my Internet comes back on? (phone internet FTW!)

Wiki page says the Ellis event was all of phase 2, is that right?

i thought players would be able to retake the island, and not just explore it. after taking the beach, there isn’t much else to do there, besides watching the day/night/rain cycle.

i thought the retaking would help me zerg it up with others and explore the island, but i have explored Southcove already, just by running, and not following the supposed “plot”

There was a chain of several DE style events. I don’t know if the chain repeats but it ended at a base camp of sorts after doing a bunch of stuff with the npc you followed from the beach. The last part of it was defending that base camp.

WEll I got distracted just before Camp Karka and I got DC before anyone was talking about defending it, so I probably completed most of the event.

Yay me!

Now to complete the rest of Phase 1 as soon as the stupid net comes back on.
