Finally collected 6 pieces of the event and I now have to give it to Levvi.
Levvi, who’s suppose to be in Lions Arch, sailed to Southsun Cove apparently..
How am I suppose to finish this event right now?

I’m in the same boat, I thought they were going to extend phase 1. Waited to turn in because thought I needed the letter from Noll/Canach
So our items are worthless now?
Well unless they bring back Levvi, who we gonna turn them into? Really sucks imo. Why would you leave every other NPC in LA and take out the one you have to turn stuff into??
