Please make sure your overflow is not bugged before you invite anyone. Most likely to bug place is the demolition stage, and it is unfixable.

I have tried logging in and out for 15 minutes/joining with people. Joining gives an error, and logging has proved fruitless. =( This was poorly done by Anet

This, don’t get your hopes up.

It would be nice if the people touting active events in their overflows would at least post what stage the event is in, or if they can just flat out confirm theirs is bugged. I am trying to find an active event for a friend, but if these “reset” events are just rumors based on misinformation, then everyone really is wasting their time.
