Yeah I beta’d gw1 and have an 8+ year old account. Pre ordered gw2 and just have had a bad time with these events. Cool game but I hate being left out when the loot flows that I know I should have as well. I went through it dc’d and nothing, I get nothing…. 2hrs+ nothing. Oh well… :/

Logged in and out a dozen times now, event is done everywhere I hit. It should either still be up, or not. Playing roulette to find the one shard that hasn’t completed it yet is just dumb.

OK very strange.. there are not many people on server it seems but everyone who joins party is having a hard time (getting world full message). many are able to get in after a few mins.

I have never been mad at Anet for the past 8 years, and they had done some controversial things.
But today, I felt betrayed. The rewards are too great for an single time event.
20 slot bag, unique ring and possible legendary precursor?
Also, last 6 hours of my day.
2+ hrs in event, dced.
1+ hrs to find another active server that is not full
2+ hrs in event, dced again.
1+ hrs to find another . . .
