DCed after serious issues of lag. What is most disheartening is that ANet points the finger back at the user with an error message sending the user to play with firewall settings while they run around trying to figure it out. How about sticking to your philosphy and BE RESPONSIBLE & SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE. I think ANet could put up a screen that simply says – Sorry, it’s out fault – we are working on it, instead of routing users round and round.
