No. This was not an expansion, nor an expansion’s worth of content, nor was it meant to be.
The Sea of Sorrows area on the map was formerly blank and could not be accessed.
Now it’s been opened as a level 80 zone.
Also, there’s the entire Fractals dungeon, as well as a brand new structured PvP map.
I hope that one tiny island is not the whole sea of sorrows. They can do so many things there, huge underwater content in the sea..i hope they will do that in the future.
so for those of us who missed the big fight – not complaining – what happens next? like I know it was a one time event but is there any point in going back to the island?
The island still has events and stuff AFAIK – no renown hearts, just events (like some of the other level 80 zones) and is the only place to get a crafting material I can’t remember the name of.
