:D!!! Just want to say how much fun it has been, getting the community together for these past few days! Plenty of 4am nights(mornings?) running on 6 cups of coffee, and a lot of teamwork resulted in this. Congrats to everyone! Kinda more fun this way, having to wait a few days to get the kill.. Because now we have all made friends we wouldn’t have met and gotten to know otherwise. Here’s to many more evenings like this!

I was the commander of the Crimson team. I’d like to say to all of my members that they did an excellent job in both phases. Everyone did what they were told and kept that pressure on. It was a great effort by everyone involved, including those who guested from other servers.

This is Librari, aka bookstore. I know I wasn’t there for the final kill (those of you who were there know of my terrible luck with ferries), yet, I still feel like a part of this. Those days spent arguing over everything under the sun, from straits, to builds, to ice rubs on certain areas of the body. The complaints when we got so close, but couldn’t quite cut it. I feel proud of everyone who stayed to fight the wurm just because you felt like it was taunting us, rather than because of a achieve.

Now, all I want is to see those heads die myself, and get my title (now that the wurm is dead, its time to achieve run).

Now all that’s left is to go out and spread the knowledge on fighting the wurm to the other servers, from FsP, to BP. The Librari is open for business!

I thought you need to kill the Wurm a minimum of 3 times to complete the Meta? (Since it’s quite unlikely you’ll manage to individually kill all 3 heads in a single go?)

Regarding achievs: you need take part in the killing of every head once and make enough damange on the head. It is independet of the total kill.

PS.. just before the fight, I was talking with someone I really didn’t know but was fortunate that he/she ferried me into BG main. This person had been on for 14 hours or something and basically on all day everyday since release. They logged out after the fight just before the one we won.. Ironically I actually told the person “your sure you wanna leave now, what if we get it next time”…lol I really feel bad for them and hope that where ever you are, come back in and we’ll get him for you : )

@William: Ahh, cool. So you could actually complete the meta by joining three runs that completely killed Cobatl, completely killed Amber, and completely killed Crimson, but only one each run, without ever actually “final killing” the Wurm?

I spent so many hours there. I missed this kill since it was 4am my time, but congrats to all of you who got it, you put a lot of effort and dedication.

We did it! Definitely a patch to remember.
