Guild Wars 2

I have to admit I have never been here before this event, but ir seems to me that the map was modified to host it, or am I wrong?
Anyway, I am having problems reaching this vista. From the vids I saw on youtube, the access would be somewhere in the area where the marionette now appears.
Should I assume that while the event lasts, this vista can’t be accessed?

You can still get to it. The entry is in one of the lanes near an NPC, there’s a couple rocks you jump up.
