Im just way too amazed that people can actualy fail on those platforms. So far ive done 9 marionette events and only 1 has succeeded. There has allways been a failure on atleast 1 platform. How is this possible?

If youre someone who has played a dungeon, pvp or even participated in boss fights with zergs in normal amounts then handling platforms should be a piece of cake. Why is it so hard? The Champions are easily kiteable, deal no damage. You only have to look out for marionettes skills and nothing else.

Greatest example of failure that i recently saw was that when i entered middle platform, then 5 people around me were downed, i had to [Shadow refuge] and manage to save my platform.

People the marionette event on platforms isnt a brain killer. Its dodge and kite. Nothing too complicated.

Failure really comes down to the things you mentioned on platforms:

1) Lack of dodging and kiting due to lack of knowledge of the Warden’s mechanics.

2) Not bringing proper builds that can easily DPS while kiting while taking a hit or two.

3) Not enough people enter or enter early enough, wasting time and leaving someone possibly alone or shorthanded on a platform.

Once1-2 people start consistently going down its almost over since it becomes a revive chain (people down trying to revive others etc.) and puts to much pressure on 1-2 people to finish.

If most people that enter regulator platforms are experienced and are power+toughness+x oriented, the platforms are usually done with 50s to 1min 30 s left on timer. Organization before hand of strike/roamer groups that enter portals first, full of Solder/Knight Warriors, Meses, Guards, Eles etc., cycling through different paths when their portal CD ends pretty much assures victory.
