Guild Wars 2

Visited 4 maps today and noticed there are no more thumpers. I only have 22 power cores because I made a mistake and sold a stack. Am I screwed, or can I still find power cores somewhere?

Lornar’s Pass still has them.

They’re still around in the same places they were before.

My guess is that someone else happened to be doing power core farming on the same map and had gotten to them first. Once a probe gets destroyed, it remains lootable by anyone for 5 minutes (and stays marked on the map) then it becomes unlootable and vanishes from the map until it respawns, which takes something like 15-20 minutes I believe.

Yeah I have an update, went to WvW and found the thumpers there.

Strange, must have been really unlucky when I checked those 4 maps and didn’t see a single one. Apparently, nobody farms in WvW!
