Guild Wars 2

So it’s been just about a year and we’re still dealing with Scarlet, you’re telling me the guild who took down a dragon, killed Ziatan can’t stop ONE kitten Celery Woman? ANET pull the good story out from under your bottoms and use it already. How much longer do we have to play Guild Wars 2: You’re not the main character, SCARLET IS?

Nobody is making you play GW2 my friend. Just walk away knowing that you’re not missing anything but in fact you’re saving yourself future disgust as this LS is nothing more than ridiculous, re skinned fluff each and every time.

NCSoft’s/Anet’s main focus is the gem store and how much people are spending on making their Barbie’s look a certain way. Most people who play this game are more concerned about a friggin kite or back-piece than true story and game play. Until enough of us say enough is enough and stop buying their way they will not feel forced to give us real content and they will continue to give us this junk. But hey, you’ll get more awesome back pieces, kites and minis!

I’ve walked away and I will only return when they give us something rich and rewarding. I’d even be willing to pay $60-$100 for a true expansion with a revamped WvW but alas, GW2 will be shelved until they do that but I’m not holding my breath.

You’ve summed up my feelings to be honest. I was going to come back with this new update but I’m tired of it. I’m just gonna go back to my Wildstar Beta

Dude, you’ve seen first hand what NCSoft has done and more-so what it hasn’t with GW2. Why would you want to potentially set yourself up for disappointment again?

The success of Scarlet is being judged by how much money she is making Anet, not whether people actually like her. People are converting gems to buy minis, buying all kinds of stuff out of the black lion, and ect. Scarlet is a money cow basically, which makes her a success.

That said, I do agree that they should bring in a professional fantasy author to help them with their story. LS would be a lot more tolerable if the story was worth paying attention to.

Of all of the top MMOs that I’ve played, I do believe that Scarlet is probably the worst major antagonist that I have ever experienced.

Every time I see her, she reminds me of something out of a fairy tale or children’s story.

Just wait please, why so impatient, child? There will be more updates to this, just wait.
