Ideally you need to provide them specific and/or technical information about what is happening – usually via support who tell you what can be provided. They can’t do a thing without it since it isn’t a universal issue. “Random disconnects” isn’t enough for them to go on.

Lets be honest here. Fighting in a squad of 40-60 people (depends on what strat you are using), against a boss spitting AOEs all over the place, and several other mobs around you, with people desperately zoning in and out to try and get in to the main?

Pretty stressful on a connection.

Self fix by switching graphics option settings from auto-detect to ‘best performance’ for event.
