Once all fifty have been acquired, is it a permanent key, or do we need to harvest another fifty once we leave the lair? I ask because I still need to fill out two more stacks of cyphers, and would rather do it in one trip than have to run around scavenging another 50 if I’m just going to get locked out.

You ownly need to unlock it 1 time

You only need it once per toon. Then there is not reason to collect more.

You apparently get 10 for free for finding the Lair the first time too, so presumably you need 40 x however many characters you want to find the Lair on.

The 10 is just the first time on the first character. It’s from the achievement. So for every other character you will still need 50.

Why do you need 240 you only need 1 key you will get nothing for going into it with different characters the achievements are on your account not character

The Keys / fragments are also account bound so just throw them all in the bank and just let 1 toon turn them all in
