Also, if you talk to Captain Gnashblade, he will complain about how how troops are sent out of LA and that Scarlet gonna hit LA one day~

Yea that is indeed LA. Here’s 2 photos overlapped. When u compare it to the global map it results in LA (atleast the snow area just above it from Gendarran Fields. That must be from where she’s panning to go inside LA.

My 2 cents are the dragon somehow possessed her and is using her and her knowledge to release himself from god knows where.

I posted this in the other thread, but remember that Scarlet attacked LA already in form of assassinating the councillor Theo Ashford.

Maybe she did it intentionally so that the leadership of LA changes.
