Has this happened to anybody else? This reset after beating the Twisted Marionette I did not receive any side screen bonus chest, nor did the large ground chest appear. Others clearly got their loot as people were linking their spoils. I did die during the final champion fight and chose to not WP as last time I did that I did not get AP credit, so I figured that would be a bad idea… so yeah… anyone?

Your server needs to cut a chain during the fight, my server has been stacking in lane 1 during off peak hours since we never have enough people to kill it. Though still fail to get the chain because most people wont listen.

I was present for the second and fifth chain break. Does this not qualify as my server?

Same. Just went through the event for the first time after reset. No achievment, no chest, no nothing. Helped sever to chains as well and twice my entire skill bar froze up entirely (wouldn’t even queue like it would if it was lagging). Pretty disappointing. First scarlet living story event i’ve taken part in and I don’t think ill be trying it again.

I just experienced that same problem but I did get the Hoard V chest, just not the big reward chest in the center. Could it have been because I accidentally hit “skip to the end” on the marionette explosion cutscene?

It’s labelled a “World Boss” so you only get the big inner platform chest once a day. The event bonus chest which scales based on success/failure on chains, is rewarded on every attempt. I did it multiple times a day over the weekend for easy rares/ectos because it rains with cypher pieces on lane defense + the bags of 5 in the event chest.

I don’t think so — on my win in overflow earlier today I could see people at the chest in the cutscene and had seen the scene before so I hit “skip to the end” and the chest was there just fine. Remember you only get the chest once a day.

Same thing again today. The once a day thing doesn’t apply because i’ve never received a chest for the event once yet despite severing chains in several successful events. Incredibly Disappointing to say the least.

Can I bump this?

Just did the event for the first time in a week. I was present the whole event, killed numerous enemies, severed one of the chains myself and the event as a whole was a success (all chains broken). But I didn’t get the boss chest or marionette hoard… what’s up?

I got no big chest and pop up chest despite defending the lane and cutting chain 4.

I d/c halfway and got to an o/f with the event just starting (later than my main). but I got back into main after and cut chain 4. So I wonder if that’s the problem.
