I would like to do it, but I can’t. Two attempts on the marionette. Sitting here twiddling my thumbs. I’d go do something like sPvP or dungeons, but if I do I will miss the next world boss event since there are no timers or warning that it has begun. The same if I leave the map, so I can’t go hang out to DR or something.

So if I want to do this patch I need to sit tight and do nothing until it begins.

Either wait in a map doing nothing or risk missing the event.
Not only that, but the boss can spawn as late as 2h after the last kill, perhaps even more if it’s a random timer.
That’s really a pretty bad way to do it.
Should make it like the invasions instead.
It happens the same time on all servers and you’re notified before it starts.

I agree with this. There needs to be a notification.

Yes! Please patch with a notification. If you want this to stay popular we should be able to go off to other things and know when to come back

I don’t understand, why can’t you just go when it’s near the whole hour clock, like 6 (for wurm) and 7 (for scarlet) etc? That’s when the two bosses spawn.

This. It’s not hard people. Even number hours are wurm. Odd are scarlet.

I like how there are complaints about waiting for the boss but yet so many people seem to be willing to wait that you have to do it. Tell me again how this means the content is bad?

Literally thousands of people willing to wait to try again and yet it sucks? Where is the logic in that?

You missed the high probability to get into an overflow that will most likely fail the event.

I’m not even sure I’ll bother finishing it. I’ll chalk it with SAB and Tequilla. The marionette is okay. I might still rock it, but it kittenes me off to be killing hundreds of mobs for no loot, then go in, kill my champ np because, c’mon, dodge, dod damage, dodge, res someone downed, damage, dodge. Nothing dungeons has not taught us. And then we must sit in our little dome and /sleep while waiting for the other groups to do theirs (or fail) while we cannot help…. Why? No idea.

Then we go back to kill hundreds of mobs without loot and watch the other lanes fail one after the one.

But, okay, I can see it is doable, more than Tequilla, even though I haven’t seen yet what comes after breaking all the chains.

But the wurms. Oh kitten. No, seriously, kitten it up up the kitten where the kitten does not kitty. Three bosses at once and each with their own MO, mobs with so much HP that I gave up after one minute, by the clock, of trying to kill a veteran with a berserker grenadier and not taking more than half HP. I suppose we must run past the enemies to deposit the bombs?

All of this once every two hours?

I just don’t like the whole giant overflow zerg event concept.

and searching for power cores seems pretty meh.
