Ah this might seem like a nice match-up still figuring that one out! Sorry to the Dr condi necro that killed me by Sm but later lost to me by AR keep got killed I told those guys to stop.

anyway if you’re talking about “nothing special” in terms of massive zergs that roll over everything by pressing 1 I’m sorry we can’t do that. if you’re talking about in terms of small man skill then you’re going to have a harsh realization fighting against the several dozen extremely talented duelers here.

I actually am relatively new to DR. Been here a while now, but didn’t play for months after transferring. I was however here for one of the recent weeks where DR was matched against AR. As I said, wasn’t impressed.
AR could say the same for DR, before we lost a large portion of our WvW community, but we didn’t go there because we were well aware that we outnumbered you on every front.

Trolling? Others have given their opinion of the matchup, and you didn’t say they were trolling. You’re fine with people posting their opinion as long as it agrees with yours, but any opinion that is different from yours should be written off as trolling? I’d rather be an attention kitten than what you are.

I actually am relatively new to DR. Been here a while now, but didn’t play for months after transferring. I was however here for one of the recent weeks where DR was matched against AR. As I said, wasn’t impressed.
You do realize AR lost most of it’s WvW population a bit over a month ago and was plummeting to last place when you faced us last time, and fight pretty much 100% of the time Outnumbered, right? O.o
Even so we managed to take SM from you guys yesterday and hold our 3rd in EB pretty well (admittedly leaving our BL as a ghost town that FC fully leveraged, but such is life).
Not sure what more you “expect” from us. Sorry you got a bad roll (believe me, we’re totally sick of the zergs from T6-7 who wannabe T4-5), but coming here and dis’ing us because most of our WvW guilds left is either uninformed or being, well, I’m not allowed to use the “T” word or I’ll get infracted again (even though others seem to use it with impunity…..ah well), so I’ll just say “a kitten”.

You have to admit, it’s a pretty clever solution. I mean, who isn’t going to smile when someone rages on the forum and they say something like “next time I see you I’m going to kick you right in the kitten!”. That’s just funny.

actually we lost a couple… just think more PvE guilds are tasting the waters.
Some and some half left, some DR WvW regulars reorganized and formed (or branched) some new WvW-focused guild(s), and a lot of new faces and new guild tags showed up.
I think at least one of them, the newly-seen guild tags, do roaming and dueling, another one do… eh, WvW.

But some people from ohai killed me at dane last night with 6 of them >.> then having one add me to party saying am a good nero they remember…. We seem to be gaining a VERY small bit of momentum as the new additions are staying around longer than just the weekend. As you’ve noted, it helps tremendously. Let’s see if it continues.

the groupf of 8 or so DR been messin around in our BL were definitely a pain to deal with i mean… thieves, mesmers, d/d eles, good lord thanks that you weren’t built to actually take much because you guys play well together.

But yes, WvW is a massive waste of money and I love it.

I don’t think it’s a waste of money. Really all I use money on is food & repair costs every once in a while. My drops pay for well more than I use in food, and repair costs, well, we’re usually outmanned anyway.
Very impressed with AR on Saturday night (Eastern standard time)! It seems like a much different reset atmosphere than last weeks. Overall good weekend. Pretty even!

Yes, Saturday was amazing for us. It was a brief glimpse of the “good old days” and a big morale booster for everyone. We had all of our BL, all of our 3rd in EB, Stonemist, and were pushing both FC and DR in EB. Good times.

That’s a picture of a group of fergs and our group having a good time. Close-ish numbers and no Zerg, good times. Something rare in this game.
Also, am I the only one experiencing strange delays/lag/fps drops and just general weirdness since the last patch? It’s really really frustrating to play right now, even when there aren’t that many players around, but much worse when there are many.

It’s not just you. I’ve seen several players lag out with only a handful of players around since the recent patch.
