Usually moving 5-6 pixels to the right or left of where the tonic people are heading allows you to avoid 100% of the damage.

After being baited into a fake duel with 4 or 5 from ‘WvW’ guild, I finally found some good duels with an HzH thief in Mag ruins. Pulling S/D thief out after 6 months, I see I need practice.

But they don’t play for PPT. They just pick off people who stray from zergs and declare victory on the forums.

It was nice seeing Maguuma in “tryhard mode” for once, and knowing they at least have the capability to bring that level of play. Now we’re back to bribing them with cookies to get them out to play.

Perhaps they do not view ‘that level of play’ all that challenging or interesting.

Most of us are PvEing Krait. But in regards to your current problem, it’s hard to get your daily kills when you face Mag players with epic skillz. The other day, 6 JQ wiped to a single Mag Guardian. Can’t say the same for SoS, since they only come out when Maguuma is busy with JQ.

The night before, in the late morning hours, it was JQ>SOS>JQ>SOS>JQ>SOS>JQ>SOS>JQ. You get the idea. Seems like some collusion BS going on there. Just wish ANET would monitor group chat more agressively and ban people doing stuff like that.

Of course when they were not swapping SM, they were often hitting Mag garrison from 2 sides at the same time.

SM achievement is easy to get compared to trying to get merc camp achievement with hordes of SOS and JQ flooding into them non stop.
