Good fight at reset night guys, i am sorry to all those solo roamers on our borderland near Hills that some wierd zerg killed.
And you guys from Blacktide. How can You play like that? I was lagging like hell.

Nice fights tonight guys we had some really great moments on blacktide BL our guild group had a lot of fun. That fight with blacktide between Faiths leap camp and sentry that lasted for ages you kept running back from spawn we couldn’t stop singing the benny hill music in TS it was really funny. You kept building siege which I thought was a bit off in open field but hey we still had fun.

You also put up a good defense in Garri after we lost it we tried a few times to take it back and has some great fights trying you wiped us a few times I hope you enjoyed the fights as much as we did.

Thanks for the fun and the Loots!! Also I got an Exotic staff drop so thanks guys!

Your blob [Tag] and rest about 60-70 ppl spent all reset in our border, nice loot anyway, but maybe you put some interesting in fighting WSR who made wp in enternal, or there is some kind of agreement between you two?

RoF had a queue in as you said “enternal”, and pls, find out what terms actually mean, before you use them. We were not blobbing in your BL, we had 2-3 groups going all the time. In case you didn’t know blob = monobus with all people in map at one spot. Actually, it was one of the more boring resets we’ve had in a while, a fight worth mentioning was athe one between garri and bay, out of curiosity, how many times did you respawn during these like 15-20 mins?

Well, poor WSR is cannon fodder anyway, let’s have them their WP in EB
But you BT guys gave us a lot of great fights, lots of fun! Kudos!

though you can’t see it, that stack is our guild group [which had it’s largest group ever of 18, including pugs that joined our ts], and we just fell back when we saw your numbers. we didn’t expect to get kills there, was just going to wp out, then stayed because it started working O.o

Surly you lose to Germans only due to low skill level, yesterday your guilds blob (about70 ppl) has failed in BT border, somehow with those numbers you were not be able to capture WSR wp in enternal.
Your only one good guild [Tag] spent all reset in our border running with blob. I m sure you are putting much more pressure on us, maybe this is just agreement… so don’t cry about Germans, they always play fairly.

Secondly in BT border TaG never stacked with the blob we were running at least 2 different teams. Lastly about WSR keep in EB you have to blame the total lack of skill of our puggers in EB the map was in que always after the reset (at least until i went to sleep at 1:15 server time in the morning) they are just that bad and prefer to karma train wooden towers than spend 30 mins – 1 hour in a keep assault that is sieged up

First of all, TaG is not the only good guild on RoF. Just the most visible one.
Second, does not matter if we lost last matchup. You will se german blobs on your own.

And I think you might have never seen guilds blobbing. If there are 2 groups on the map, they are bound to meet SOMETIMES, especially, if crossed swords pop up on the map for a while. It’s a difference between that and blobbing.

Oh well, I hope today evening will be more entertaining then what was most boring reset in a while.

and bbfl <3, i was also suprised by the fact we got a wp up in our eb keep but look at it now according to the agreement rof gets a wp there now :P

ah and after that when the rof zerg descended down the hills they kinda downed themselves so we just had to grab the chance and wipe alot of you there

This thread is more entertaining than reset was. No offence.

I’m certain the only blob we (RoF) had last night was the one in EB. I should know, I led it several times. It’s fact, we had tons of randoms playing last night and I had to talk them through fields, and finishers. I had to call for static, and blasts in /t chat. The guild groups don’t have to use /t to get their useful fields.

The guild groups probably don’t need teamspeak to call for static or fire fields either but they’ve gotten a bit elitist on us and they prefer to not run with the randoms. That probably sounds like sour grapes from me, but at the same time our elite guild groups aren’t big enough to be accused of blobbing.

You want to see a real blob? Wait until you play against Drakkar. Those pricks don’t even move in groups of less then 50.

Haha yeah if that’s farming keep it up we had loads of loot! I will enjoy been farmed like that every night, we always run without a commander tag so blobbing is impossible, we do sometimes pick up pug followers due to our awesome reputation as the best guild on RoF as you put it lols.

Keep up the drama I have really missed a forum warrior like you, I am looking forward to this weeks battles on and off the forums !!

Loving this match-up thread already after all these national servers we’ve been dumped with the past weeks. Like the video Billa though I must say I’m slightly dissapointed in the lack of Pink! It was Pink day after all!

Thank you SHN/HoD/IX group for fights today, it was definitely the best ones we’ve had in this matchup. Out of curiosity, how many people did you have? We were running around 25 at this point.

I can hardly see any dead TaG on these screens (but i must admit that we got spanked quite a few times by that lil’ BT group (i don’t want to use the word zerg or blob because kitten)) and i’m still waiting for proof screens from that guy who claimed to farm us ^.^
Honestly, thanks for the great fights, BT. You may be not many but compared to other servers (lookin at you DL), you got the balls to put up a good fight on the open field instead of running away.

Thanks. We screwed a little bit in Hills, we could win that one. About numbers, I think we had ~40 ppl at the beginning and finished with ~25. Hope to meet you again on the battlefield, don’t get bored just because of points.

Woah, BT bigger players must be bored. There was some Bronze Colonel from BT hanging around near our border and all he did was try to kill me whenever I tried to go anywhere. And followed me around until he killed me. He really must have been bored if that’s all he was doing in that tower of his.. or maybe I was just easy picking alone.

Surly one decent guild is not enough to win bronze league, even with your high numbers. RoS has at last 3 decent guilds, and one moved from Blacktide…

I have never suggested we will win the league, the league winners will be DL, coverage and numbers will decide that, we are just here for the fun fights the league system is completely flawed and is not indication of skill just server coverage and numbers. RoF have always suffered with a fair weather PvE crowd who disappear in a hard matchup and poor early morning and daytime coverage, the German servers have better coverage and will win it. As long as we are having fun and having good fights when we roll all is good!!

You are wrong, RoS and Dzagonur have similar coverage I think, more decent guilds by RoS side give them better score. You will see it next week when RoF will face RoS

Some decent fights tonight hunted TasH down all night, but seriously what is with building the AC’s all the time open field… kinda lame considering we were even numbers.

I managed to play a bit on reset but after a few hours I had to come off, then I managed to kitten up my neck and wasnt able to play games again until this evening. So as you can imagine I had an idea but no understanding just how outnumbered wsr really was during off peak hours.
So I decided I would make the most of the situation and try leveling my troll warrior some in eb. It turned into a pretty fun night of defending all our towers/keeps almost alone and although I had no hope of winning I really enjoyed myself.
wsr doesnt seem to have much of a presence in this thread so thought I would give an impression of what the matchup is like for us, but since we are pretty used to not having the numbers to compete and most of the time just getting zerged you learn how to have fun in hopeless situations.
Added some screen shots for fun, in the 3rd one I actually managed to get a few down with my spread shot before getting overrun. All in all a lot of fun, shame we cant put out the numbers to compete but hopefully you guys on rof arnt getting too bored!

we (as in [TasH]) are a guild that is used to running about 10 people, we’ve been forced to expand rapidly to deal with these ridiculous match-ups, meaning most of our members are very new to organized wvw. this is why we’re reluctant to charge at guild teams, at least until we can re-establish a solid core.

as for the siege, it saddens me how often i have to say it but; siege is a part of wvw, there is no reason not to use every advantage you can. you can get open and fair fights in spvp.

and a side note, it’s always funny how people in /t overestimate numbers
