So we already have siege grievers on YB in SBI BL not qqing I know it will happen but the guy is running a [WRG] tag don’t think I have ever seen it but if anyone knows who it is can you kindly please tell them to stop doing it.

SBI had more people and more coverage before league, not sure why it would be different now.

Besides, until ANet changes its scoring, it’s the OCX, SEA and EU Prime fairweathers that are gonna matter.

Do you actually pay any attention to what goes on around you, how the game works, and what people do, or do you just flounder about in game and on the forums?

Well, I DO know Mag is burnt from 7 weeks of Gold League…and they’ve never really reset hard anyways. SBI is furious at YB for two weeks ago…and YB wasn’t able to sock SBI hard at reset this time around. Personally, from the TS talk I’ve heard, I think SBI might be underestimating YB. And I can see SBI’s leading right now…and Maguuma’s got too much pride to double team with anyone…

But after two weeks ago…I’m not going to assume anything about WvW. I’ve seen SBI disappear from WvW completely, after all. Maybe it’s a one off, but I haven’t been on SBI long enough to know that.

What I do know is that I spent multihour stretches on multiple days of that last SBI-YB-EBay match as the only tag on all four WvW maps, pulling 15-20 ppl behind me, during the EU Prime, trying to flip as many towers as possible and dodge 40-50 man blobs on every map. How that even happens when I’m someone who had zero stake in SBI’s league performance since my league rewards were tied to TC? I have honestly no idea…

Will what I have seen the last time this server faced YB matter this time around? No bloody clue either. I’ve never seen SBI actually fight Mag though, and well, I try to limit my consumption of Maguuma PvFs to a survivable amount, so…

So yeah, I guess I do just mostly flounder about and don’t really know anything, hee! Oh…except that YB is still as bad at pushing the Hills Lords’ Room choke as they’ve always been.

Mags are the ultimate trolls, the kings of PvF – but they deliver, both on the field and the forum. Unlike the YB forum warriors.

They usually start fighting on weekdays (they dominate the end of the EU timezone especially) so do not count them out on Sunday evening. And the fact they lost in Gold will make them even more bloodthirsty in a match they think they should win. They won’t be burn out. You can count on them for good fights.

On the other side…..the moment SBI saw Yak Bend in the matchup there were no cheers – just the sound of blades getting sharpened. Beware Yaks – we are coming like the ironborn.. fear the Kraken.

And yeah, looking forward to them EU NOVA trains. Hope they still run. They made my summer. =3

I was jumping for joy when I saw Mags in the line up this week. I love fighting you guys, even if I end up taking a lot of dirt naps this week I know I’ll be learning a lot from watching your lines and group comps. Good luck this week all, see ya on the field.

Seriously though, I was hoping for an ascended backpack reward for finishing the season 1 achievement.
Considering all the work it took over 7 weeks, I find it a little silly how crappy the rewards were. I guess there will be a lot less transfers going into season 2 whenever that will be.
I’m glad YB did so well. Now there’s 6 really good servers in tiers 2 and 3. Let’s hope season 2 will have a better variety of matches =)

I saw that when we took Bay, sucks for everyone. I wish there was something that could be done about the siege griefers and spies.

Actually amonsgt the talk about Mag I see it being said that we could be burnt out from 7 weeks in gold, that is probably true to an extent, but in the process of playing gold league we picked up 3 WvW guilds, including 1 late night NA guild (KH, they will be along to say hi, believe it) that is VERY skilled, and last week we had the best fights we had all 7 weeks (my opinion) so this fired us up quite a bit, factor that in with the fair-weathers that are sure to return,, this pretty much guarantees an interesting week for us. By the way, my adrenaline was pumping for about an hour after that fight at garrison tonight in Mag BL. I was the necro that kept diving into your formation and downing your doodz with life transfer. Amazing fight

Since you’re new I will let you in on a little secret. SBI doesn’t have Euro coverage. We do have a die hard NA night crew that puts in work, but can get burnt out and need sleep. That is why you see gaps in that coverage.

Sadly falling asleep sometimes means losing sieged up keeps with WP’s. They vanish so fast Sea coverage doesn’t even have time to log on and enjoy them.
