I have seen some good fights this match up.

However, last time we faced FR there were allot of arrow cart hacks and I have NOT seen them during reset! Nice, thanks for that ^^

However – at kittening 6AM this morning when 15-20 FR try to walk down their bay they even dare to arrow cart hack when there is TWO (yes two, deux, twee, du, due.. got it?) defenders. Lame. Verry kittening lame.

Tried to contact commander, he refused party multiple times (to just try to sort it out), therefore players using the AC are reported.

Looks rather normal to me. Can’t say where the Arrow Cart is, but if you place it just behind the gate, on either side of it you can easily see over that gap on top of the gate. It’s annoying to lose such upgraded keep, but that still looks legit to me.

I rather wouldn’t start this thread with zoom hack accusations or anything. I rather would have a nice talk about how fun the restart was over all. Underworld did pretty dam well considering how poor we usually are at resets. Don’t know what happened but seemed a lot of people was playing on reset.

Well that’s about it. Let’s have a fun match and get a lot of loot bags, all sides.

Today at 14:40 in Bt border i noticed Uw players using noclip cheat. They teake t3 garri, bay, hill, wiout single atack mesage in map. This is the fastes way to teake keeps ( It takes only time to walk to this points) but it is really unfair to other servers.
Is the winning server really need use cheats like this??
Sory but i have not time to record this (It was to fast and i was see and think WTH?).
Keep this in mind if yu Uw players use cheats again to fast cap points.

It is very easy to claim that another server uses cheats, but they hold no weight unless there is actual proof provided.

Attack messages only gets posted if people actually know something is under attack and report it. Why assume we are cheating rather than that your server don’t scout?

we do not tolerate hacking/exploiting on UW. If you can message me names or guild tags we can take care of those players or contact guildleader and take action.

And you are right that we dont really need this since we outman you and most of the time FR aswell but keep it always in mind that this cheaters are always the big minority and ruining the fun for us aswell. We normally like challenges and capping a fully upgraded keep against resistent is way funnier than exploiting into it…

I was loking where is record buton (newer record in gw2 before), but when i find how record game, it was to late… and i was to slow to move follow,
But nex time i will record this and all see video on youtube
Atack mesage will be always showed in map, if player is on map where point is atacked, and after 30 second after atack (last change if i remember)

There will be crosses on the map after 30 seconds.
This can however happen without people seeing it, if they do not pay attention.

Thats why i tell there was no “under atack” mesage
(most of the time i look on map) and scout points- thats why i see it was strange, no “under atack” mesage and keep teaken, so i goo look to other keep to see this, but i was to slow to “find and use” record button :P

Not really enjoying this match up since we outnumber you folks too much, but I would lie if I didn’t say its good for my alts when I play them once in a while And about cheaters like most have said we can’t do much if you don’t provide a screenshot with their guild name. Sadly cheaters are on every server since there are always a few who spoil the fun for everyone.

I’m not enjoying this matchup that much. I’m used to being outnumbered but I’m not used to high pop servers upgrading and sieging our BL so much, so we’re really struggling to find the fun. Not that I’m saying “you shouldn’t do this!” because of course you should do what you want, it’s war. But if you really want to farm us, give us a chance to flip the keeps back and forth with you.

There is sort of a challenge to upgrading keeps in other bl, i feel. It requires control of supply camps and enemy-free dolly routes. I haven’t been on BT bl much though. Mostly on FR with a smaller group till they get their big numbers out. I’ve found it a fun matchup up till now.

Haven’t seen any cheatin’ myself from any servers. Saw some wierd kitten, but didn’t really care that much about it.

Anyways, this is not a spot a hacker and post screenie thread, so try to minimize that as much as possible. Taking a screenshot, reporting and possible video to ANet is the right way. Not bashing here and ruining the good feels we have had.

And for me, this matchup has been enjoyable. Lot to defend as FR seems to like to push our turf. Too bad GuM (and maybe couple other dudes and dudettes as well) are there watching your every move with out super Asuran binoculars.

Lost Hills today, was sad, but on the other hand it outlasted around 8 Omegas and same number of Alphas and a lot more rams and trebs and what not. Most enjoyable defense week, yey!

Only 2 Omegas (controllers went melee on the door …) and ~5 alphas. I don’t know why but when I went on UW bl on prime time commander was saying “Etheron will fall !!!!” (french equivalent).

Very enjoyable matchup. Quite surprise UW is really stronger than the last time we met, maybe they had influx but still happy to see them.
We will loose a lot of points, I think it’s a good thing since our rank is higher than normal because of previous matchup. A lot of people resting from these matchups too, we worked hard and some of us can’t take more wvw but you will have all the lootbags you want just consider dropping ours before.

We had no influx, I have never heard of a significant WvW guild ever joining UW. But yeah, very nice matchup for the most part. FR has been very aggressive the last few days.

A hello and a hearty lmao to the two UW members of Earth Find or similar, [EF] anyway, who found me at the kite in the obsidian jumping puzzle. I’d already got the kite, and finished the jp that day, and I was hanging out considering what to do before I logged for dinner. You waved. I waved back. Then you both killed me. Hilarious. So I had to find something else to do until my dinner was ready, kitten you.

Well FR does not change it seems finally they wake up and it’s the old outnumber your enemy 2-3 times before engaging and raise the white flags and retreat when it’s even. How can you possibly enjoy a lag game sticking into a gigantic zerg blob :/

What I really find funny about this matchup is that FR can’t fight without outmanning with 10 more people, I mean does 9 FR really need to run to a zerg cause 4 UW players are chasing them.

It’s because you didn’t see the 40+ UW zerg sticking your 4 men awesome team No seriously I don’t see the problem to stack at 50+ (~35 on ts + ~20 pug) when you are attacked by 60+. And about gigantic zerg blob, lol ? we share about same sizes ( +/- 10 people) and after AM who goes on 100+ (said by their commander) I’m rather reluctant calling blob zerg so small. Stop calling BLOOOOOOOOOOB each time you meet a zerg that prevent you to paint the map.

I have the same problem with some UW players who engage 3vs1 and run away at 3vs3 (most small fights I have it was on ratio 2 (FR) : 3 (UW)) , 25+ zerg WP to defend unupgraded supply camp attacked by 4 people, people staying in tower firing with AC/ballista me or pulling NPCs in the fight ... After ~4h of roaming on UW BL i had 3 fair fights (2 wins) , I miss the time at every camp you met 2 GuM now they are in the zerg (I have no problem at all with this shift but I’m disappointed that one of the best roaming guild - at least i saw it like- became an another zerg guild).

Haha, I think GuM has grown a bit after our last meet up, have to agree on that. Although the defending spirit in the guild is there still so when we get informed that some camp is going to get attacked, we can place more than 2-4 guys to defend and sometimes all the overly active GuMmers go there and we are around 10 in camp.

And yea, now that we have numbers we have started to do zergin/guild running as well, but we still do those small team roaming as well (atleast I do as I usually enjoy that a lil more).

Also the 30 second contest marker changed the defending meta a lil, so we ain’t that fast to respond and we scout more etc.

PS. The match is getting better and better every day. And FR seems to have a lot more people now than at the start of the match (or we UW have lost some).

I am not too Impressed by FR’s use of some ‘creative’ AC use at Dawn’s Tower in UW last night.
Only a few of us in the Tower and 30+ of you outside and you take our seige out in this way?

So glad to be back in the game, I swear I fell off of 3 hills with in my first half hour of playing.
Other than that was a very fun first day back. I had fun tapping North hills on home border to see who would come out but then our zerg kept showing up behind me. Though I did have one or two fun encounters.

I won’t defend FR on this, but those AC’s are doable with arrow carts and normal AoE, but yea the rings look a lil suspicious as they are a little bit too far on the back of the wall (the AoE ring’s center point should be somewhere near the outer edge of the wall for legit).

Anyways Dei, it is 15 silvers for 3 falls, you know the guild policy! Start paying or… you are moved into Dolyak escort duty!

Oh and the match up was great. FR scrapped enough points for not letting us to rise a spot in the ranking, grrrrr. It doesn’t matter that much anymore, but it is still fun to watch the cumulative points and change on the board.

Hopefully we meet again FR!

Shamefully didn’t see much of Blacktide on this match up, but I guess it is because I rarely left home border, and if I did I went to FR border. Saw couple roaming aroud our border and had some fun showing them my Candy Cane…. ON FACE!

Was shocking to see our border red when I signed back in my eyes near on bugged but it was semi refreshing, sorta.
